NSW First home buyer - thoughts on Box hill NSW

    @Kanpan My understanding is it is based and granted on contract price not valuation, so don't see why this would be a issue.

    Only exception is if it is a related party purchase. Then it is stamped at the current valuation.

    would love to hear if someone has first hand experience on this, but don't see why you wouldn't get it.

    Hey we are looking at buying with meridian homes as well in Saratoga rise on Futurity street. Did you end up going ahead? If so how has tour experience been so far?

    Hi! @jembuss we are also looking for a land in Box Hill at the moment. Still a bit indecisive as to whether we would pick a 304sqm land in Colebee for $457k or go to Box Hill with a slightly bigger land size of 330sqm for the price of $450k. I got so much insights in this thread that you made. Thank you.
