VIC First Home buyer Geelong

Hi all,

We are looking to purchase our first home in the next couple months and looking for some local expert/recommendations.
Our budget is $650k.
We require something that is liveable to move straight in as we have 2x young children. We are also happy to renovate as I am a qualified carpenter and work for a large builder based in Geelong so have multiple contacts.
We are considering from Norlane west to Whittington. We want something that we can flip within 3-5years as we will renovate staraight away pretty much.

Interested to hear feedback on good areas we should consider.
