first development - Perth, WA - corner duplex block

its been a while for me...used to visit somersoft forums.

ok - Question....

Looking for a reference for a turnkey developer. my mate and I have a corner block in Perth, WA in Belmont, its R30 when we knock the old house over. So looking for the complete developer - including house demo and removal, design and build including permits - complete turnkey.

we are both busy and new to development so we are looking for a turnkey developer. yes, we can google developers, but really looking for a referral, and a developer that isnt too big and will optimize the development for investment returns

I use a building broker in Perth as well as another company that specilises in what you are after.

Andrew, I would get someone to do the demo for you, but not the builder. It's simple enough to take out of the building process and you will save on the builders margin (in my recent experience can be up to 50% extra on the actual price)

 

Unsure if self references help, but I could do this for you.

 

Can you retain the existing dwelling and develop on the side to create two street front lots? 260sqm minimum block size, or possibly less.
