Fire Safety Inspection needed

    Hi Guys,

    This is a first for me being new to commercial.
    Received requests from council requiring an Annual Fire Safety Statement to be submitted.
    It seems like it must be done by a qualified inspector.
    Does anybody have any contacts, property is in Sydney South, Taren Point.

    I use Majestic (in Where the Hell Park - 2164).

    They cover all Sydney.

    @Ace in the Hole - Totally depends on scope - exits/emergency lighting, drop test (batteries), hose reels/hydrants/boosger pumps, sprinklers, thermals, extinguishers etc.

    Are you able to pass these costs through to the tenant (refer to the lease)? As occupier, the tenant should arrange & pay (as a minimum for anything above base building requirements).
