Hi there. Our rental is just up for renewal in Reservoir 3073 Melbourne and wanting to know if people have had any issues with renters/ lack of renters due to this new COVID-19 issue.
Are there still good renters out there? With the ongoing fear of Coronavirus and job losses will this impact rentals going forward

My house 3 bedroom, with backyard has just been listed and wanting to know if I should keep rental price at same, or lower?

    Thanks

@couq my theory is steady as she goes. Even there might be more people who choose to keep on renting (for the time being), rather than jump on buying. Life has to go on and people needs shelter. Just my 2 cents

Offer a discount for those who test negative for coronavirus. Or you could accept payment in toilet roll and pasta, sell that on and you could have a nice little earner.

Maybe sad a holding deposit. Anyone who forks out that sort of currency must be a hoarder and you could reject.

Qantas just put off 20,000 employees. This is just the start for corporate Australia.

I suspect demand will be varied. If you have a large pantry, you should be fine.
