Finding out highest bid at Passed In Auctions?

    Are there any resources, paid or free, that can track this info? e.g. pricefinder, RPdata etc? Would be quite a powerful piece of info to have.

    I don't think it's recorded anywhere unfortunately. Would be handy when the climate is such that many are passed in and you want to negotiate with a seller that might be more receptive to a lower offer rather than put back on the market
