Finding a 'consulting builder' before purchasing property?

Thank you for adding me. Long time reader, first time poster.

Is there such a thing to have a builder to provide a consult on the building capabilities of a block? We are looking to purchase a property in the coming weeks at auction, I have spoken to numerous builders and I have not yet settled on one. But I would like to walk a builder through the property (that we won't be using) to get their advice on what our plans are - to make sure they are actually doable. Do builder/developers offer this?
It's a knockdown rebuild to build a duplex. The land slopes slightly to the back, no easements, stormwaters at the front/side, plus it ticks the council LEP requirements but we just need that extra confidence before the auction.
Is it a builder that i need? And do they offer site advice?
