Who would you recommend to set up a retirement plan?

What has been other people experiences doing this?

We are absolutely bamboozelled by this site. Finance has changed. And so have investors, be careful.

We want to move away from owning rental properties so want to sell off potentially 4-5/6 properties and keep 1-2 outright after developing two of the properties. Most is in husband’s name. 1 development site is 50/50. I’m not up to date with GST and development.

I haven’t worked for 20 years so my super is about $10,000. I’m 45. I could go back to work.

Husband is 49. He doesn’t expect to be employable after about 55 in his industry. Have started to SS into super.

Our accountants firm has merged and not helpful with service so need to change that too.

And the current taxes on one wage to support a family is a fair wack too, so wanting a bit of a plan to address all of that and try to even out income in retirement

    thats a formidable list :)

tax and legal structure advice/investment/financial planning and possibly credit advice.

Youd need 4 "people" that are good at what they do, since or the odd one that can tie all 4 together.

There are firms that do all this stuff in the one place - aka One stop Shops.

There are enough professional in those and allied fields, from Perth that post here, that can help you for sure - either directly or with some reputable contacts

Sounds like you should seek some tax planning advice
