    typically this is best submitted as a 92 % + lmi............ versus 95 % minus the lmi premium because you will pay a much larger premium for no nett benefit

    Yep, your mum and or dad, or maybe another family member if they can see what you can se and trust you or willing to give it to you.

    @Rolf Latham my loan has been submitted at 91.71% LVR
    @Jess Peletier I am working with a broker, this loan is his suggestion to help me hold more cash for a deposit on IP #2 not to long after #1. Decided to get into 2 IPs as per your suggestion when I first joined Property chat, actually the goal is 3 IPs in 2017
