    Hi all,

Just would like to get opinion on buying property in Fernvale. (Brisbane Valley Highway)

It was doing during the last Brisbane boom..... but prices are very tempting now...

    For your thoughts.

Fernvale Bakery is a nice place to visit on a day trip to somewhere else. I eat there several times a year.
Why would anyone want to live there? The only employment that i know of would be 20 minutes away minimum at Amberly or Ipswich. The houses there have trucks and tradie utes parked out front, so good for someone who works from home. I have no idea what the mobile/broadband coverage is like.

Why would anyone rent there is the question you would ask. The new housing is very close to the river, hint hint.
