    Hi.

We have owned this property in qld for 11 years now. New owners next to us have had a survey done and part of our house and half of the shed is cut by the boundary line. I have attached a screenshot for reference. Any ideas on where we stand with this? The house is approx 60 plus years old.

    Thanks for any replies

Get your own survey to confirm.

The survey and the council boundary lines on the Web line up.

If that picture comes off the six-Maps etc, it's inaccurate.

as @Scott No Mates said that GIS snapshot is pretty much useless apart from light entertainment.

can you post a copy of the survey report.

obviously with all identifiable information removed like lot number, DP etc

Engage a title surveyor and check the boundaries to verify the neighbours claim.
