    Hi,

    I am looking for a feedback on a property i would like to buy inspected. Does this property have good value from a future perspective? I plan to live in the property but i am also looking at it from the perspective that would it give me good gains in the coming years and do you see any value in it? In the 3-5 year timeframe what are your thoughts on its growth if i can buy this or a similar property in Eagle Vale for 700K (because my budget can only be up to 700K). Appreciate your kind feedback, thank you.
