    Hi,

I got a fee proposal for a subdivision DA in Sydney.

Stage 1 lodge DA for subdivision

Update search from land titles office
Prepare site & draft subdivision plan for DA
    Prepare application for council
    Statement of environmental effects (basic)
    Planning report, hydraulic report/plan
    Lodge at council
    Council fee

Stage 2 Receive consent from council
Comply with DA conditions which may include: Section 73 certificate from Sydney water Building report
Prepare Subdivision plan and administration sheets
Lodge at council for subdivision certificate
    Council fees

    Stage 3 Receive subdivision certificate
Owners and mortgagees sign admin sheet
Lodge documents at land titles office for registration
    Land titles office fees

Among the steps listed, which steps do not require the involvement of professionals (surveyors, hydraulic engineer, draft person, architect, etc)?

    Thanks in advance.
