    I have no idea, I barely even skimmed it. Perhaps after a few brews I might be more able to understand it:confused:. Just popped up in my inbox so in case it might be of some use to somebody I posted it here for @Terry_w to decipher:cool:.

    Public trusts are taxed similar to companies so the arguement was that the unit trust was actually a public trust and therefore the individual wouldn't be assess on the income of the trust. The trust could accumulate income basically.
