NSW Far South Coast Meetup

Hi all,

Just wanted to put the feelers out to see if anyone would be interested in a meetup somewhere along the FSC? I am at Bermagui but am happy to travel. Was thinking Batemans Bay may be a good meeting point?

Not sure if I have many fiend on here from down this far.

I will keep that in mind. I do get up there quite a bit and I never need encouragement for a coffee or beer!

 

Batemans Bay would be fine by me @Mick Butterfield if I have some notice. I think if we shame @Jamie Moore enough he might come down the hill (he knows I will shout him lunch if he does)

 

Haha - I rarely travel across the bridge into the south of Canberra so can't see myself getting down to the south coast!

Sounds great @BuyersAgent if you shout the lunch for @Jamie Moore I will take care of the bar tab haha. Where are you based? Is BB ok for you? I do go up to Nowra a bit also as I have family near there.

 

Fortunately we had a perfect day at Jervis Bay and the Basin when we were there last weekend too.

 

Everyone knows its always perfect here.

@Mick Butterfield Im up and down the shoalhaven and illawarra each week and in BBay every couple. Pick a spot that works for you or txt/email me and we will make something happen.

 

To easy mate. I can make something work with a couple of days notice usually and anywhere in BB is easy for me. Maybe a catch up on your next trip?

The viewing deck above the land sales office at Barlings Beach is a great spot

 

Batemans Bay is for tourists - and Canberrans.
About an hour North is ideal - but strangely there's a little ACT there as well.

 

More Canberrans further north now due to the better access from Braidwood?

 

Yeah, that newish sealed road cuts off a fair amount of time, pops out Turpentine Rd South of Nowra just near the turn off for Jervis Bay.
