QLD Family member didn't take advice

    A guy at work got stung by them too. New estate, out of town in QLD, great value, great returns... they promised him $600 pw rent. He is getting in the low $300's. I couldn't do anything about it. He only told me after it had been built :(

    Hey GG. I think most of us missed that you have recently lost your Mum. I'm sorry to hear this and offer my condolences.

    A friend of mine lost his mother on Thursday. I was shell shocked when I saw the news report and saw her name, and she and he have been on my mind ever since. There are no words for a loss of someone as special as your own Mum.
