That loungeroom one doesn't look too bad, but that bed is appalling graphics work :p

Most of the ones from the areas I watch, just photoshop lawn in.

My favorites are cloudless sunny blue skies with rain soaked roof, driveway, lawn and paths.

I love how they couldn't be stuffed photoshopping the dark clouds near the middle of the tree! 2 mins more work, too much effort!

Agreed - the first two weren't too bad (although the fridge is obvious). But the bedroom picture - yuck! What were they thinking?!?

I'm seeing more and more, it's annoying.
I heard some places charge like $70/photo to 'stage' their properties.

I got to admit a lot of the ones I've seen a very realistic but I don't like it I think it's taking things a little bit too far particularly with the filtering they can completely change a property.maybe the fake furnitures not so bad but the post processing of the photos how to turn a very dark room into something that's light field and something that's really beat up into something that's really spic and span I think is just annoying if not dishonest

That Bedroom is shocking, it looks like a bad set from classic Star Treck without the cardboard cut out planets.
My property searches must be more down market as I haven't come across this before.

Im currently looking to list my ppor, 3 out 4 agents want the house empty so thet can "style" it this way. I personally think it looks like crap, would prefer to see an empty room.

Agree, we had friends asking why we used paper towel as toilet roll. Hmm it's a toilet it's not supposed to be huge just take the photo as is. I'd rather be pleasantly surprised when actually seeing the house than disappointed because it looks so much smaller.
