I am definately interested but concerned the rental yield may not be sufficient and will cause this to be cashflow negative. This may impact my servicability for future purchases.

Perhaps this could be improved through a cosmetic Reno, addition of a granny flat or renting room by room to students/backpackers?

I much prefer this one. It was just listed. Better value at only $55m.

Sounds like mindless crap to me there has been lots of properties sell for more than $100 million , some for more than $200m in Queensland and Tasmania and $ 180m in WA.

It's a dual occ, pretty sure that makes it positively geared. Nothing to worry about.
