Failed to buy as the seller gave wrong figures - should the seller pay the fees involved?

    The broker is probably more dodgy than the seller, how legit do they seem?
    If there's evidence the broker knows the real deal, it may be worth claiming from them rather than the vendor.

    How about if we pull out from a contract because B&P inspection results, do we need to pay an additional conveyencing fee apart from the review fee? An amateur here btw. Thx.
