    I have heard the saying the treadmill to nowhere, but what the hell.... the staircase to no where???:p:eek:

    Looks like you somehow have to dangle off the steps and squeeze in through the window. Maybe accommodation block for midget contortionist. That would also explain the door handle.

    When you mentioned the word midget.....Game of Thrones crossed my mind, loving this at the moment, anyway that's another story another day.

    What about the balconies with the stunning views... you always have the option of jumping from the roof and hoping for the best. All good, they have a safety net on the ground just in case ...splat

    Sometimes you have to forego practical aspects like 'can i access the fire escape via the door in the event of the building being on fire' for pleasing aesthetics. Such is the nature of architectual design.

    @MTR - the backstory is that the valet was late to the staff meeting where they discussed the new car stacker.
