    I should've studied art instead of engineering.

    I finally got some free bricks, from a nice old couple. Of course they had multiple investment properties themselves.

    If you grow grass on the tapered section it will driven over first day tenant drives in. Widen the driveway for double use.

    Yeah, you don't want tenants driving on the grass.
    Widen the driveway - but the extreme budget way - making it all dirt.

    Add some grey food colouring to the round up for the concrete look!

    What colour to paint the wooden trim at the top? I reckon.... white, to match the window frame. Plus I already have white paint. The bricks will be that grey colour.

    Either white or grey will look good.
    I'd do the cladding above the window in white for some nice contrast to the grey.

    Is it necessary to use a sealant before painting the bricks? It's self priming paint
