extra costs for building

    guys, was wondering how much roughly will be the extra cost to build on an elevated land? total land size is 703 sqm, there's a house 180 sqm and the back is 523 sqm
    The south of the land is 1.90m higher than the north.
    Degree of slope is 0.04 percent.
    The east of the land is 2.30m higher than the west.
    Degree of slope is 0.05 percent.
