Hi all, I want to buy an extra car spot in 163 city road Southbank Melbourne in the coming couple of years to allow the wife to have a car. Can anyone tell me what the going price is? That is, has access to previous selling purchase prices in the complex or near by. I note this is an older established building, so car spots would need to be brought from another resident. Also what extra costs should I be allowing for to enable the transaction, as I presume I would need to cover both parties.
