Extension of the sunset date after the expiry

    I bought an off plan land, on the contract it says that vendor can extend the sunset date by maximum of 12 months, now the sunset date expired already and the vendor did not extend it fortunately, can i rescind now? if yes, can the vendor extend it after my recession?

    Hi @Ash1,
    Were you able to rescind the contract?
    We are in same situation, sunset date is passed and vendor dint extend it. Would like to know if can rescind the contract and get deposit back.
