Hi gents, I'm looking at this 2BR property and I'm wondering if there's any council complications that will prevent the covered alfresco from being converted into a proper 3rd bedroom?

    See attachments for context.

I would think changing it would need approval, same for the garage.

And losing the alfresco is a shame.

    Is this for an IP?

There's space for 2 cars to park and windows can be put in as part of the extension. So there should be minimal complications?

Looking for a house to add value. This is not mine, it's up for sale.

    You will need council approval.
