Extend rear of house.

    Our master bedroom is rear of house. Smallish room with very small ensuite and limited BIR storage.
    Adjacent MBR is largish laundry. Suggestions put forward to add extension to rear of house. We have a back yard with no pool.
    To add another full room I would have to extend the rear of
    the house approximately 3m long x width house.(6m).
    How much will the extension cost.
    Slab, timber frame, brick veneer, gable roof trusses. Colorbond/guttering.
    Remove internal brick wall on completion.
    Im on sunshine coast so if it adds value great.
    Otoh I could probably remove large laundry and create a small laundry elswhere??.
    Plan to render so matching brick non issue. Roof needs replace.
