Experience with Property Managers and Granny Flats?

    Has anyone had any experience renting out granny flats? How did you find the property manager, did they treat you as they would for a stand alone property?

    Why would they treat you any different?
    Its a property, its being rented out. Why would there be any difference?

    Ive had experience renting out a GF through a PM.

    As one would expect, it's been treated just as well by the PM as any other property.

    The GF is fairly new, so there have been very few issues.
