Agent warns of home prices rising 5 to 10 per cent in one month

Anyone witnessing this hyper-boom? How much are prices surging?

True, very true. It’s already happening in NSW. Only question is how sustainable

    Sydney & Melbourne - it's anyone's guess.

Other cities - VERY sustainable. I could see 5+ years of growth easily (albeit at a different rate). Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth have barely moved in line with inflation for over a decade. It could keep growing at 5%p/a for another 10 years and still be undervalued.
