Hi all! I really wish I had come across this forum earlier! Sometimes you just wish you could find answers to very specific questions to your situation that you can't find in all the general online articles you search through. I'm actually really excited about the wealth of information contained in this forum! Thank you to everyone in this community and from what I've read so far, there are some really great people in here! So a little about myself, I work at a desk job 9-5 and believe that property is how I will be able support myself and my family in the future. I'm not afraid of learning/trying new things and like the feeling of accomplishment when you turn nothing into something. Looking forward to becoming an active and contributing PC member

Don't want to rain on your parade..... however Don't get too excited just yet, sadly not too many exciting property markets at the moment. However, you are in luck.... you have lots of time to research, no rush to buy in OZ market... Read, learn, soak it in. If you like what you read by a particular poster follow.... Another little tip, easiest way to lose money is to buy in a flat/falling market. Take your time MTR

Thank you for the warm welcome! I'm currently trying to renovate my PPOR as it hasn't been changed since 1980's but budget is very tight so the wealth of DIY information, insights, and reliable trade contacts is invaluable.
