Thanks for sharing this. I like the portfolio. Wonder why VGAD was not considered.

Anyone know much about ETFs/LIC's in NZ? My partner has approx 30k of inheritance sitting there doing nothing. Would rather avoid using a wealth management company

Someone asked the same question a few months ago. Probably not uncommon situation when I think about it - which isn't often I must admit.

Here is a link for you. Expore the Products list.

    NZX, New Zealand’s Exchange

Sorry about that. I don't know anything about the NZX apart from AFI being listed.

Drop of 32% from previous FY.

Some of that drop is more deferred dividends particularly from the banks. They suspended the dividends because of COVID-19 it's not that they suddenly become unprofitable and can't pay dividends.

Don't rule out cases for special dividends from Banks next FY

    Cheers,
    Oracle.

Aside from the aspect of banks deferring dividends, the distributions from STW have been trending down for a number of years. Haven't done the exact numbers but it's something I have noticed.

@Nodrog would probably claim too much blood in the alcohol stream:eek:

STW changing from half to quarterly distributions a few years back might have slipped the memory.

    cheers
