    I am about to sell an investment property. I was wondering if anybody had an excel document which I could input everything i spent on the property and it spits out what my ROI would be. I am in the process of making one just didnt want to reinvent the wheel if someone has done one already. Thanks

    i reckon you'll be more happy making your own spreadsheet as you'll know exactly what to put in there. i have downloaded spreadsheet from SS before and I noticed I have changed quite a few info and made it my own as if I have started from scratch. but it helped guide me from the start so good starting point.

    How about either A) suggesting a spreadsheet that could help, or B) helping the OP build a spreadsheet themselves?

    I second that. Spreadsheets are better be your own for your specific scenario. A generic spreadsheet has too many variables and makes it overly complex.

    @chrisoooo no problemo.

    I had a closer look and it is very comprehensive.

    Cheers.
