Thanks for putting some fruition to information.

Just a tip, you can upload up to 10 things to each post instead of 1 by 1. I'm sure everyone (including me) is reviewing all the info and will come back with questions/comments later :)

The 2 x Sales Documents, sent to us by the Administrator. On two occasions, they changed the close by date. The 1st being 13 March and the 2nd being 27 March. Changes to Section 14 were made for the benefit of the Vendor (Bank) with regards to the Hotel Employees.

So, in a nut shell, whats the laymens description for how you were able to buy with no money down? Why do you think the vendor would accept this? How repeatable do you think this strategy will be going forward?

One of the documents, I had was over 10mb in size, so had to break it down into images, that was a real pain and took some time.

I haven't uploaded those doc's yet. If it's worded properly, it will work 8/10. There is a way to get the vendor to say yes, but I will touch on that in a future post. (ducks flying cups and glasses). I've used this method for 10 years now, everytime, I learn something new and get a tiny bit better.

I guess people were still waiting for the actual strategy.

It was tangently related to my next Sydney project. Bit of a dud read.

I gave up after the endless bait...And skipped to the end to read yawning. What did I not miss ?
The Goodyear strategy. Held up by hot air ?
