QLD Everton Park - Smaller 3br

    Hi All,

    I'm trying to get a feel for quality properties up in Everton Park and Stafford Heights. I had a look at this a couple weekends ago and it was listed at $550k at that point - I was told they had an offer, but it must have fallen though. Listed at $525k now and the agent called me again to let me know. Main weaknesses I see:
    • Old bathroom (and only one)
    • Smaller than average for a 3br
    I see a lot of positives though
    • Good size lot - 640sqm
    • Nice flooring throughout
    • Lots of space under the house
    • Location felt pretty quiet and higher up
    Kitchen is a reasonable size and I'd say neither a positive nor negative. What's your take?
