Looking for some opinion on this house as an IP

50 Barrymore Street, Everton Park, Qld 4053

The block size is good, but since it's under 800sqm subdivision isn't really going to be an option? Also not too familiar with the area and looks to be a lot of units on the street?

Odd shaped block and the house needs a lot of work if you want to keep it and find a decent tenant! Asbestos roof and miles of wallpaper to remove!

Nah, forget about removing the wallpaper.
    • Paint straight over it.
    • Remove the carpet and polish the floorboards.
    • Retro kitchens are bathrooms will be back in fashion any moment now.
Mould on the ceiling is optional

Everton Park has many new units and rebuilds happening. However there are plenty of residents in BrisVegas who like their individual homes on large blocks of land. I am no genius in this field, but I believe that in the future, private blocks will always be highly sort after. The high rises will be along the main road, so any apartments built in this street will be low rises.
