    I and others have posted about this some while ago...Yes absolutely they do.
    Trends on market behaviours , specific areas, supply and demand characteristics, hearing from boots on the ground of PC members as to whats happening in their hood, etc....mostly its the stuff thats harder to get eg local insights from being on the ground, as opposed to stats and numbers which are more easilly gotten. They seek PC views on the experiential stuff. This is not bad per se...why not let them get info from PC , presumably validate it, and then write about it...better source than fox news :)
    Just that we should then ask for commission from journos :)

    I write a weekly blog.

    I have taken inspiration at times from people’s questions as a blog topic.

    If you are reporting on property it makes sense to look here. And if you get an idea from anywhere you will run with it.
