    120+ groups inspected the property. The auction was brought forward by 2 weeks due to strong interest. 6 parties registered to bid. It sold $330k above the reserve.

    ..Was purchased Oct '18 for - wait for it - $1.95m. Current owners did little to the place.

    Apparently offstreet parking now worth up to $500k!
