I hope croatia makes it far. If we keep playing how we have been i think we are in with a chnace as long as we dont start playing dirty like we have sometimes in the past. We play portugal in the morning. Its anyones game if you ask me. As for the croatian fans, they are complete dick@@ads if it wasnt for them we would have won v chez.

If in doubt bet on Germany to at least make it to the final.

Nice little tip there.. Especially after this mornings win for Iceland. Great to see.

I hope you're also right about Germany winning this! It would also make me very happy.. But I'm also a little biased :p

If Italy win, it'll be due to their typical dirty antics.. (I still hate what they did to the Socceroos in 2006)

Yeah I was happy to see them win this morning. I really like their style of play and their grit. Hard quarter against the host and then either Germany or Italy so it will be tough for them to win but they are certainly winning fans.

Seems to me like the Germany Italy game could easily be the final though.

I agree. The Germany Italy game could easily be the final. It'll be a good game. Germany are yet to concede any goals during this whole cup. Italy seem to have quite a good attacking game. I'm glad the game will be at 5am.. Much nicer to get up and watch the game compared to 2am!

Also, I don't think there Germans have beat Italy in a long, long time. So it will be interesting. I hope Germany get through.. But my gut is telling me Italy will get though :-/

So will you now be cheering on Germany?

Italy completely dominated Spain, was a tactical masterclass.

    The draw is rubbish.
Spain, Germany, Italy, France all on one side.

So Portugal are still yet to win a game in standard time (90 mins), yet they are in the semi final now.....

Would be every neutral's dream final ! Both teams haven't got superstars (except Bale), but proves that a champion team will beat a team of champions most days.

Played golf today, and overheard a Pom on the practice putting green talking to one of his mates....both Poms....absolutely going ballistic at the English Team for getting beaten by Iceland...

    "They were absolutely s h i t e, should sack the lot ' them; useless *******s..." o_O

    WTF?

Get a problem, dude...Iceland had a fluke; get over it.

After listening to that rubbish; I was secretly hoping he shanked it all day.:p

Would love to know where to watch the games too!
Had a look the other day, cannot believe there is no workaround and one has to subscribe to foxtel! They can it beinsports ! So so far I have had to watch the highlights but it's nothing like watching things unfold live
