hope of got the appropriate forum.

I’ve heard a little about asset protection and one such method of recent times being equity trust transfer....
Along the lines of the equity you may have in your property/s can be locked away in a trust, whereby god forbid any creditors seeking that equity will not be able to because its in a trust.

Does anyone have a whole lot more info on this....
How it’s legal?? Process and costs involved to set this up, and managing costs ongoing??

    Cheers
