Equifax Subscription

Hi All,

I'm curious to know how popular the Equifax credit monitoring service is amongst the members here.

I've been subscribed for a number of years now and initially signed up after an identity theft experience.

I consider it a must have although the product itself has degraded over time. The platform seems to be pretty buggy and their offshore customer service are nearly impossible to deal with.

I'm also curious to know if anyone has an alternative service they use for this purpose?

Knowing I'll get a credit alert whenever there's a ping on my credit file is incredible peace of mind although I'm hoping there's an alternative to what is now a super archaic platform...
