    OK ladies and gents, boys and girls, It's ON this Thursday!

    Have confirmed the venue today and booked a table for 15 in the Bistro for Thursday with sign "PropertyChat - David" so hopefully it'll be easy to spot for everyone. I'll bring a couple of API magazines with me and place them on the table.

    Don't forget we are changing venue this time! Not in The Ranch anymore - we will be meeting at The Epping Hotel! Details as below:
