    Evening ladies and gents, boys and girls,

    The bi-monthly Epping meetup is ON as we spring into warmer weather! And this will be the last Epping meetup of the year, so I'm sure you would not want to miss the opportunity to mingle with our fellow PC investors!

    Join us for some very nice pub food with beer/wine on a spring evening as we talk anything and everything about property, life, your neighbour, hobbies, what your dog did...or anything else if you like! :)

    I'm proud to announce the 9th and the final 2018 Epping meetup as follows:
    Venue: The Epping Hotel
    Address: 58 Beecroft Rd, Epping NSW 2121
    Date: Thursday 8th November 2018
    Time: 6.00pm onwards

    How to identify us
    Look for a table reserved under the name of "David" or "PropertyChat". Sometimes we are placed towards the back of the bistro/dining area so if in doubt walk all the way in! Also as usual I will be bringing a couple of API magazines on the table to help identify us. If you walked around and still could not find us just give me a buzz - I'll keep my phone close by!

    Whether you're new to property or an experienced investor, simply come along and join us for a good night chat with excellent food and drinks! :)

    Hi David, I am new to this forum, have been reading some of your posts, really like the idea of sharing your experience and appreciate your advice/opinions on other’s posts. I would love to come to the meetup next week to meet and learn more from you and the group.

    I just noticed Trivia is on this Thursday so we might be up against some extra noise :(

    Depending on the number of people showing up, we may move to front of the venue. Let's see how we go.

    Glad to hear it was a great event David! Unfortunately wasn't able to make it as there's been a few career related things I've been sorting through + went away on the weekend with friends for my b'day..

    Plenty happening though and let's just say I'm currently transitioning back to banking/the corporate world!

    Will catch up soon :)
