    Evening ladies and gents, boys and girls,

    It has been a cold and wet winter in Sydney this year....BUT, the bi-monthly Epping meetup will surely warm up every property investors mind & heart!

    Join us for some very nice pub food with beer/wine on a near winter night as we talk anything and everything about property, life, what your dog did...or anything else if you like! :)

    I'm proud to announce the 8th Epping meetup (in August too!) as follows:
    Venue: The Epping Hotel
    Address: 58 Beecroft Rd, Epping NSW 2121
    Date: Monday 27th August
    Time: 6.00pm onwards

    How to identify us
    Look for a table reserved under the name of "David" or "PropertyChat". Sometimes we are placed towards the back of the bistro/dining area so if in doubt walk all the way in! Also as usual I will be bringing a couple of API magazines on the table to help identify us. If you walked around and still could not find us just give me a buzz - I'll keep my phone close by!

    Whether you're new to property or an experienced investor, simply come along and join us for a good night chat with excellent food and drinks! :)

    I went in and asked today. There are no firm dates and one of the staff members there said it could be 5 years! What she said was that a developer wants to put a 45 storey building on the block but it hasn’t gotten council or government approval as yet.

    Unfortunately due to personal situation I have decided to push this back from 2nd August to 30th August instead. Still a Thursday, just 4 weeks out.

    Monday should be okay for me - wife needs to check her work schedule to make sure she can look after the kids.

    @David Shih - your call ... if you can't do Monday, we can always arrange something else special for Westminster and I'll see how far I can push things with my wife to do two meetups in one week :eek:
