    Afternoon ladies and gents, boys and girls,

    On a cool and rainy Sunday Sydney afternoon - what better to do than reading PChat and planning another Epping meetup? :p

    Yes, the ever popular Epping meetup is back again in March! Join us for some very nice pub food with a cold beer/wine on a vibrant autumn night as we talk anything and everything about property (or anything else if you like! :))

    I'm proud to announce the 6th Epping meetup as follows:
    Venue: The Epping Hotel
    Address: 58 Beecroft Rd, Epping NSW 2121
    Date: Thursday 15th March
    Time: 6.30pm onwards
    My contact number: 0410 291 536

    How to identify us
    Look for a table reserved under the name of "David" or "PropertyChat". Last time we were placed towards the back of the bistro/dining area so if in doubt walk all the way in! Also as usual I will be bringing a couple of API magazines on the table to help identify us easily.

    Whether you're new to property or an experienced investor, simply come along and join us for a good night chat with excellent food and drinks! :)

    Best way is to put it in your calendar or set a reminder for yourself - we’ll see you this time round yea? :)

    Hey David before you book the next meetup you should check if they have live music playing - if so, book somewhere else :(

    Way too difficult to have a conversation with the noise.
