    Evening ladies and gents, boys and girls,

    Happy new year everyone! Hope we all have our new year resolutions written down and is well on the way in working through them!

    The ever popular Epping meetup will be back again just before Australia Day long weekend! Join us for some very nice pub food with a cold beer/wine on a warm summer night as we talk anything and everything about property (or anything else if you like!) :p

    I'm proud to announce the first Epping meetup for 2018 as follows:
    Venue: The Epping Hotel
    Address: 58 Beecroft Rd, Epping NSW 2121
    Date: Thursday 25 January
    Time: 6.30pm onwards

    How to identify us
    Look for a table reserved under the name of "David" or "PropertyChat". Last time we were placed towards the back of the bistro/dining area so if in doubt walk all the way in! Also as usual I will be bringing a couple of API magazines on the table to help identify us easily.

    Whether you're new to property or an experienced investor, simply come along and join us for a good night chat with excellent food and drinks! :)

    Btw I'll try to be on time but may not be able to get there before 6.30. Gotta drive back all the way from wild wild west and no idea how traffic condition will be given the interruptions on Sydney Trains...

    If anyone arrives early just locate the tables with name "David". I've reserved for 10.
