    Evening ladies and gents, boys and girls,

    The ever popular Epping meetup will be back again in October! Join us for some very nice pub food with beer/wine on a nice spring evening as we network and talk anything and everything about property! :p

    So here we are again - proud to announce another Epping meetup for 2017 as follows:
    Venue: The Epping Hotel
    Address: 58 Beecroft Rd, Epping NSW 2121
    Date: Thursday 2 November
    Time: 6.30pm onwards
    My contact number: 0410 291 536

    How to identify us
    Look for a table reserved under the name of "David" or "PropertyChat". Last time we were placed towards the back of the bistro/dining area so if in doubt walk all the way in! Also as usual I will be bringing a couple of API magazines on the table to help identify us easily.

    Whether you're new to property or an experienced investor, simply come along and join us for a good night chat with excellent food and drinks! :)

    Yeah, the 2nd will work for me.

    Agree about The Ranch! Not surprised really - the kitchen staff simply didn't seem to care. Needs to be on an episode of Hell's Kitchen.
