    Evening ladies and gents, boys and girls,

    The ever popular Epping meetup will be on again in August! Last time we had about 30 people showed up - clearly shows that cold weather cannot defeat our passion in talking property!

    So here we go - I'm proud to announce our third Epping meetup as follows:
    Venue: The Epping Hotel
    Address: 58 Beecroft Rd, Epping NSW 2121
    Date: Thursday 17th August
    Time: 6.30pm onwards
    My contact number: 0410 291 536

    How to identify us
    Look for a table reserved under the name of "David" or "PropertyChat". Last time we were placed towards the back of the bistro/dining area so if in doubt walk all the way in! Also as usual I will be bringing a couple of API magazines on the table to help identify us easily.

    Whether you're new to property or an experienced investor, simply come along and join us for a good night chat with excellent food and drinks! :)

    Mate, I think we only managed to say "hi" and "bye" last time at Epping Hotel. When are we gonna get a chance to really sit down and talk Geelong? LOL

    Yep, food is awesome there! Don't think we had a chance to talk last time, looking forward to catching up this time!

    Never too far @Zoolander! I'm sure your property passions beats the mileage ;)
    Geelong prop is going well! Haven't had it re-valed but judging by how Newcomb stock has performed lately there are some good growth already....can't complain!

    Haha I'm assuming you'll always be at the meetup now, never miss a beat! Now that's dedication ;)
