    Four of us :D

    We're taking over the forum!

Did any of you see them play when they were in Australia recently?

Suarez and Sturridge almost won the league on their own that season, they were the best pair in the EPL. Shame about the weak defense though.
Do you think Crystal Palace can stay up Cliff?;)

This game was great for me. Not because of the quality, but because I'm also a huge Brisbane Roar fan. Probably the first and only time I'll ever get to see my two teams playing each other.

    Wrong question :p

The correct question is can they make Europe ?

I don't think they can realistically challenge for the title just yet ....;)

I don't think CP can make Europe yet, Spurs and Everton will probably be the main obstacles.
And no, CP aren't a chance challenging for the title.
Edit- Not unless a Russian billionaire buys them and a new team.

History suggests these type of teams do not put together a couple of good seasons in a row.

If I was to pick 3 teams to be relegated, Crystal Palace would be one of them along with Southampton and Aston Villa.

3 to come up, Middlesborough, MK Dons and Charlton.

We'll see how close I am at the season. ;)

    Went to Brisbane.

Garcia was signing stuff on the Friday. Didn't know God himself made it down under.

It's early days and it's not even at the end of the third round , but it is nice to see the Eagles flying high in forth position , though a Liverpool win will put them down to fifth .

    Maybe in fantasy league.
But good luck to them, unfortunately its a very long season and it is a battle of attrition. Only those with a little luck or very strong squads have the players to be able to last the season.
The off season is only like 6 weeks, its ridiculous. In Germany and some of the other leagues in Europe they have a decent break over Christmas but not in the Epl.

It has to be said that Man United, Arsenal and Liverpool have looked decidedly average this season.
Man United look slow and they don't display any signs of finding players that would get close to the quality of thier golden era.
Arsenal are struggling to score goals at home and Liverpool have needed to be a bit lucky to have their 2 wins on the board.
Apart from Chelsea, it's difficult to see anything else troubling Manchester City for the title.
