It seems like there are a few EPL supporters and followers out there, so hopefully we can get a few involved in a Property Chat tipping competition.

This one is a bit different than most though - it's a 'Guess the Finishing Order' competition. I.e. you enter your tips before the start of the season as to how you think the league table will look at the end of the season (order the teams from 1-20), and then sit back and see who gets the closest.

I've set up a Property Chat comp over at www.laddertipping.com for the English Premier League.

    Who's in?

    Rules

The unique comp code is 9pKAgAkI1JQZGd2 to join the Property Chat Private League.

I will add my own tips to this post later, but for now I'm still making changes!

    Cheers
    Jake

I'm in, might be a bit difficult differentiating between what I would like to occur and what is most likely though.
When's the deadline? I need to have a look at the newly promoted sides to have a think about whether they will stay up.

Tips need to be confirmed before kickoff on Game Day 1. There is a countdown timer if you go 'Competitions' and into the EPL comp.

Now that Newcastle has been relegated, I've lost interest in this year's Premier League .....

There's no need for finishing order when EPL is now ZLATAN ;)

Have to disagree with your relegation 3.

Bournemouth will not get relegated and would expect a 14-16th place finish.

Eddie has made some good off season signings and looking forward to the first game V Man U.

Will be leaving next Thursday arriving just in time to hear all of Zlatin's excuses about the ground being too small or the pitch too rough.

Having well and truly beaten them last year hoping for a score draw this time round.

Can't see Leicester finishing as high as 8th and Sunderland certainly won't finish in the top half.

Going to be another cracking year.

Championship starts this weekend so will give us a warm up.

    Cheers

    Richard

Love his quotes and the ego. Still a top player but this season would have to be his final big payday?
He's not playing in a kick and giggle league now.

Fair enough. I admit, I've been doing this competition for years now and never go close to winning.

Then again, no one picked Leicester to finish in the top half, let alone win the thing!

Care to join the league for some friendly competition? Two days left until the tipping deadline.

Did you use the code - 9pKAgAkI1JQZGd2

You need to have signed up and entered your tips first, and then you can join Private Leagues. If that code doesn't work PM me your email address and I can send you an invite directly.

Awww what?!! Not again o_O came here to make a cheeky bet but... well... Suppose I'll have to dig up the old Premier League cards for good memories of Asprilla, Lee, Metsbaia, Barton et al

    Hugh72 Tips.
This is how I think it will play out, not what I would like, but a realistic assessment looking at the squads as they currently stand.
Big improvers to be Man City and Utd. Arsenal always finish top 4. The top of the table is difficult to predict but the bottom isn't. Sunderland might go down.
I'm tipping LFC to finish ahead of Spurs and Southampton with Leicester to finish mid table with few new signings and the burden of CL football.

I can see them being promoted quickly, too big a club to be stuck in the championship.
