    Hi All,

    I was checking MBRC planning information for a property and it shows
    "Environmental Offset Receiving Area"

    I checked overlay maps and other documents as well online. But could not find any concrete information. Can someone please throw some light on what does it mean and how could it impact buying a property. Is it clear no-no for a property or a positive sign.
