Not sure about regs per se, i believe its just the ability to clean around it.

Digging back to your old floor plan

So you're basically leaving shower where it was and swapping bath and vanity.

I think that works well but I think your dimensions might need some tweaking.

Will the taps to the bath be on the window wall? I know you have bought the bath but you might want to consider a back to wall model if that isn't what you've purchased. They are much easier to clean around, eg Halo Freestanding Back to Wall Bath

With the vanity it's a very nice size and will have plenty of room for a single basin.

I know that if you keep the vanity and the shower at 1200 you can buy premade stuff so it might work but there is only 300mm spare to leave a gap between the shower and the vanity and the vanity and the bath. It might be enough if you go 100mm at the shower end and 200mm at the bath end. See if you can put some tape on the floor and mudmap it out and see if that works. Otherwise you'll need to sacrifice with a smaller vanity or smaller shower

Toilet is separate next to it - I've dug out the old plans for reference :)

    Thanks
    Yes toilet separate.

@Westminster - not a bad idea regarding bath
    Yes taps on window wall
Have marked out and not too bad size wise.
    So only issue is cleaning?

Can vanity butt up to shower? I have heard differing opinions

Our freestanding bath has only about 5cm from lip to wall. It is enough to slip a mop behind from one end. It's awkward, but it just doesn't get very dusty behind the bath. I'm embarrassed to admit how rarely it sees a mop.

It makes cleaning the glass of the shower screen a bit hard if it is hard up against the vanity.

It can but you can't clean between it if you do - so that's why I suggested 100mm. If there was a nib wall at the end of the shower then yes you can generally butt up against it.

    Hey Westminster,
I'm liking the bath you linked, any chance you would know where to get a square one like below?
